Banana Pancakes
Good day everyone!
It has been quiet a while since I have had the time to write. With class in session and working full time, I have been able to keep quite busy. There have been many things that have been going on and let me just say God is Good!
First off, I dropped my 21 units to 18 units. So yes, one less class to worry about! I figured it would be too much of a load having to work full time. I feel quite more relieved! I don’t have much to write about at this point, but I hope everyone who is reading this is having a great day. I’ll write soon!
Oh and God bless you!

I’ll Call You Back…
“Oh hey, I’ll call you back.”
How many times have we kept those words close to our hearts with hope that they will call us back? Maybe you were into a really good phone conversation with a loved one and suddenly they get get distracted, someone else calls, or simply needs to hang up and says those words. Part of you doesn’t believe them, but part of you still wants to hold on to dear hope that they will call you back. It has happened to me so many times. Sometimes I am talking to my friend that I haven’t talked to for quiet a while and those words come through the phone… There have also been times when I myself have said those words and never called back.
What I’m trying to get it at is… how many times have we told God that we would call Him back? When we were praying the fast 30 second prayer because we had other things to do. When other things we more important than having a conversation with God. Then you said to Him “I’ll call you back, after I do this and that and this again.” We leave Him last or even worse we don’t leave anytime for Him at all.
It may not even be your intention to do so when you have to leave and say that you’ll be with Him once again later in the day. Maybe you really had to go do something at that time of the day. But did you ever imagine how the other side of the line felt? The same way you have felt when they never called you back. Maybe you felt a pinch of disillusionment. Or maybe you felt plain upset with the fact that that conversation won’t go on. You see.. God longs to talk to you. He looks forward to having that special time of conversation. He waits around for it all day long and then you end it in two minutes. Just like you longed to hear your friends voice, you husbands voice, parents voices on the other line, He longs to hear your voice talking to Him. Give Him your time, give Him you thoughts, your dreams, your goals, pains, doubts, sorrows, defeats, and so on, and He will alleviate it all.
